I searched for you a bit and found this Download: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
I dont know if its really working, but you could try it.

Edit: I tested it for you. Its really working, but you have to extract the gamefiles folder to you desktop. After that you can just start the Slenderman.exe and its working
