i would let you do it but when u license transfer you loose the ability to play the content that u downloaded offline or other accounts on your xbox. so u can only play it on live with ur only account =(

No both accounts can play the game online, my friends are brothers and one transfered it to the other and they both play online right next to each other in there rooms
