Secondary: MP9 Silenced
Lethal/Tactical: Claymore / Flash
Perks Blind eye / Assassin / Dead silence
Specialist Quickdraw / Stalker / Scavenger

Primary: MP7 w/ Silencer + Rapid Fire
Secondary: MP9 w/ Silencer
Lethal: Semtex
Equipment: Portable Radar
Perks: Scavenger - Hardline - Sitrep (Preferably pro but if not then dead silence)
Specialist: Sleight of hand - Quickdraw - Dead silence/Stalker (Depends on what third perk you have)
**Usually I use this class is FFA as people in that gamemode are usually not that experienced and can be sound w***** so easily. Have fun getting MOABs

It's pretty much all about preference
I have gotten MOAB's with both guns
I would go with the ACR over the scar though
