First off I only need builders right now before i do jobs because we need structures first.


Sorry to make this long but its necessary.

First off. The rules to my game.

RULES

NO griefing will be tolerated. Do it once and you are perma banned form my game.
NO TNT. Unless i give you permission, any use of it will result in a ban from my server.
Do not take other peoples things. If you need something I can supply it.
Must be atleast 14
MUST have a mic. No kinect mics allowed.
Dont destroy another players work.

Guidelines(Thanks to ghilesniper, nice list lol)

1.) Rule 4 is a bit sketchy so I'll clairify, if you come to my server and simply get an achievement and ditch us you're banned for good. We're not here for you to make the achievement you want and have our resources wasted on it.
2.) Do not ever touch, or use TNT, Fire producers, or Lava on the server unless you've been cleared by me to do so. Chances are it will never happen.
3.) If you need/want any specific resources such as Mossy Coblestone, jukeboxes, pumpkins, maps, compasses, etc. and do not want to get them yourself make a message to me on Xbox Live with your list. You'll be informed of what to do when you request it and it becomes a majority vote that we'll mod the game for it. This may take up to 30 minutes to do so.
4.) I do not ever want to hear any kids, by this I mean in the backround or screaming and crying. Nor do I care to hear you breathe on your mic, if you can't fix it you aren't staying very long. It's your issue not mine. No echoes as well or kinects.
5.) If you use resources from community chests be damn sure you replace them. Do not ever use RedWood(Dark Wood) to make planks this goes as well for birch(white wood).
6.) If you use plant resources such as: cactus, reeds, wood of any kind, and wheat seeds be sure to put the surplus in a community chest as well for replacing them.
7.) If you have preference to racism or unmentionable material that can be considered offenseive please only in the nether world so no one else has to view it unless they want to go to the nether.
8.) Stash all items into your own chest(s) upon leaving.
9.) Make sure to mark your adobe(home) with a sign.
10.) If you recieve a message from someone saying "You have been/were accepted." Join that session and keep the message you only get one.

Jobs and descriptions
Builder-Pretty simple. You can find your land where you want to build and get to it. Build whatever you want as long as its good, and not to ridiculous.

ALL OTHER JOBS ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED UNTIL MAP IS BUILT

Farmer-You will plant any plants you can find. You can have a tree farm if you want to. It doesnt matter to me as long as you can supply others with crops.

Miners-You are the main guys. You will supply us with our materials. You can also request to have a nice house made with such materials since you give them to people. You will be paid the most.

Security- You are also important. You watch for grievers and thieves. You also get paid a lot.

Property Owner-With this comes responsibility. You will need to let people know about your homes, purchase more homes, and keep them safe and nice.Pay if up to you.

Paygrades
Builders-15 Diamonds a day, more if you sell your homes to prop owners.

Farmers-7 Diamonds a day. You can earn more if you need to sell extra crops to people.

Miners-23 diamonds a day.

Security- 20 diamonds a day. 5 extra diamonds for each griever or theif you catch.

Property Owner-This is up to you. You choose how much you want your house rented or sold for.
