Please read the OP, come on guys. I don't like that this is happening, but it's bordering on ridiculous. As was clearly stated, you should've been prepared to buy immediately.

The 7200rpm drive is faster. 5000rpm drives are slow and are designed for servers / storage.

So what if i wanted to run games like minecraft and use it mainly for rendering? Is there a difference

Yes, reading files from the drive / loading times will take longer. Rendering is completely CPU/GPU dependant.

****PC Build Request Form****

Budget & Currency: 400 USD

Peripherals & Monitor: Flash drive (Media)

Games: No games, except the occasional Mine Craft (Not important)

Software: Google Chrome, iTunes

Aesthetics: No preference

Rebates/Promos: No rebates / promos

Details: Uses: Downloading music, browsing, you tube videos, *Storing Media* (would like a nice hard drive) I also am impatient, so speed is great too. A good DVD burner for music CDs

*If you can add in the budget, maybe would like to get into capturing videos off of Xbox. Don't worry about it if I can not afford, but if I can, include the things I would need.

This build is an APU build which is basically a CPU + GPU combined. BUT I added a HD 6670 so it's running crossfire with the APU GPU.
