hey dad got touch pad at work for free since they shut down production of it. can somebody give me a tut on making it run android and ios. He want me to do it since he doesnt trust the tech guys at work

I think you need the android section not the IOS section.

well I'm not 100% sure....but i did a quick google search, and my older brother (age 28) installed android on his HP Touchpad...
