Do you want to pwn your friends with sweaty goals?
Is there a theme you want to go with? If so, what theme? Country, league, etc.?
Are there rating limitations? All bronze, all silver, all gold, sub 60, all 75?
Which formation do you want to play out of?

well i try to win advanced cups sometimes but never can, i do tramp a bit (doesnt every1?) i want everyone to be rated above 80 and i want 4 at the back i dont mind what league they are or anything as long as it is not premier league (unless its a hybrid, then i wudent mind 2 or 3 players in the bpl, i want 95% of players to be gold, 1 or 2 silvers aloud, maybe a few people from the french international team, and if u make a sick team i will give +REP 1 thanks
