Yeah it can run minecraft with no lag but dayz will lag

It would be able to run Minecraft fine, but if you want to download other games from steam like GTA or other games that take up a lot of space, consider upgrading the primary hard disk drive, maybe even get a 2nd hard disk drive. And upgrade the CPU. Just look up the system requirements for some games that you plan on buying, and see if the computer you're going to buy meets the requirements.
