This is not a partnership. It is simply applying monetization to your videos. I got fooled by it too once.

I know what a partnership is I have one already with a channel at 5K subs, you get partner branding and banners and custom thumbnail and my Adsense has been accepted so I doubt youtube will ban it, also VultureStudio has no Adsense but VultureStudio2 does, they have two different emails used because of VultureStudios two owners.
