my iPhone had always turned off by its self

so....

i asked workers in a phone shop and they said restore it or something

so...

i plugged my iPhone into iTunes and restored it, now all of my songs and my apps are gone


please help, CAN I GET THEM BACK ?

No, If you have a backup then restore from that. If you used a clean restore then it's restored to factory settings.

Plug your phone back into itunes and then upload it all back
