how do i make 1 of these every time i donwload 1 it wont work or have a virus please help me ?!!

Begin with developing the PackageIO.DLL for Minecraft XBOX edition. From there, you should know what to do.

I hope you realize that that is already a fully developed DLL.... Though it is very buggy, and I don't see a problem with a binary reader and writer to be honest.

Also OP, I don't think you have enough general computer knowledge or programming knowledge to write this. Plus you never specified whether you wanted this for Xbox, or PC.

Lol PackageIO is just System.IO functions.

It'll take you some time to make one yourself, but here's [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] You'd need to be quite familiar to achieve this alone- look for some YouTube tutorials on a language you'd want to learn (channels like TheNewBoston and LifeHacker are pretty good) or, if you prefer; a book/ .pdf file to read.
