can anybody confirm this works on this date?
1) THIS ONLY WORKS WITH A 48 HOUR BAN, IF YOUR PERMA BANNED, YOU F.U.C.K.E.D UP!
2) Once you have been banned, go to the Dashboard, scroll over to Settings.
3) Click on Councle, then go to memory.
4) Where every you have stored all of you MW3 data, (Hard Drive, or Memory) Press "Y" on that and Click on "Clear Cashe"
5) Start Up MW3, You will Re-install the Update you just deleted.
6) Go to Multiplayer, click "Xbox Live" (Should take a while to load up) Then as soon as you see the Multiplayer Menu, DASHBOARD before you see the Ban letter.
7) Repeat Step 2 and Delete the Update again, this time it Deletes the Patch on your account.
8) DONT PLAY MW3 ON YOUR XBOX AT ALL WHILE THE BAN IS STILL ACTIVE! You need to leave it alone for the 2 days and even if you have another account dont play on it on the same Xbox.
9) After 2 days, Reinstall the update and BAAAAAMM your stats are all the same and the ban is gone!
10) ENJOY! You can do this and much as you want if you get banned again, but like i said, This DOES NOT work if you are Perma Banned.
and will it work if i have cod elite plz help i was 10th 80
plz dont say i deserve it nobody deserves it

Well if you have a 48 hour ban, then it's not exactly
'glitching' as you are waiting 2 days for it to work
( 48 hours = 2 days ) I don't think I get what you are
saying.

Eventually the people doing the CMR glitch or hack will get banned, its exploiting the game
