Well still that is pretty low IMO, I spent $1,300 on my computer but it runs everything fine.

You can spend $5,000,000 on a computer and run everything fine.
Or you could be economically smart and buy one where you can tone down the graphic settings.

It's probably going to have some type on integrated graphics system, for the most part, integrated sucks. You should be able to run minecraft but don't expect AMAZING performance.
