Everytime i want to RAM Preview it says: Ram Preview needs 2 or more Frames to playback ??????
There are tutorials on youtube they say got to edit> Purge> All memory But that doesn't work either please help!

Your cache is probably full. Go to
Edit>Preferences>Media & Disk Cache
Then click on Empty disk cache and Clean Database & Cache.
