i think they can ban you, and when the 99 thing first came out they did ban a lot of people but they might have stopped, recently i've played a lot of people with 99 pros. I've always had mine as the 100% one and that doesn't get you banned

Yes. On xbox you can get banned for any kind of modding. Even in a demo you can get banned.
