titles says it all. Do u need to transfer licence or something as well because im not sure. And does it work if the person is not level 100 because my friend is 87 and i want to do it with him so does it work. HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Thanks

look for tut on youtube and it does work if dummy is not lvl 100
