The community can be pretty dull in some area's and don't expect them to always know the answer.

Sometimes people just don't know the answer so they skip and move on. I post helpful posts with links and pics all the time and I still have 12 more unusefuls than usefuls because some people don't like what I think and say. That's the way it is you have be a crowd pleaser and say all the right things to make a "useful" post. Sometimes you have to figure out things for yourself. Google is a better resource than TTG members in most situations unless the question is site-related. Try to ask the staff in the "Ask the Staff" section if you have site related questions.

Not every question in the world can be answered. If TTG doesn't have your answer try Google Or Yahoo. But Never Give Up!!

maybe if you pm a member then maybe they can help you , they are not always there for you by the way so you cant just ask them whenever you want
