White case as desired. Standard DVD drive and 1TB Seagate HDD. Strong quad core 2500k + Hyper 212 combo. Rebranded Seasonic PSU which will handle extreme overclocking and multiple cards. 23'' IPS monitor means it'll have superior viewing angles. CM Quickfire Rapid mechanical keyboard with cherry MX black switches which are ideal for gaming matched up with the Xornet mouse ( I have it myself ) which is great for both people with claw grip and palm.

$907.91 + $30 worth of MIR.

Very nice crisp IPS monitor which will obliterate any standard TN in its price range. Razer mouse as desired, though it has no real advantage over a $25 CM Xornet which I personally use..but if you like Razer, you simply like Razer. Fully unlockable and overclocking friendly i5-2500k + a Hyper 212 will net you a solid 4.5ghz overclock. It'll slice through any rendering / editing programs and play Minecraft flawlessly. Prioritized CPU power over the video card.

$541.91 + $35 worth of MIR - leaves you with $10 for a normal wired mouse. I did not suggest one since they are really up to personal preference.

It'll play and stream all the games you wanted fine at 1080p without major FPS drops. You can't expect fast rendering speeds with a $550 budget..it just does not happen. An i3-2100 should be good enough for now - it's one hell of a CPU.

So what kind of prices would i be looking at for a computer with fast Fps and rendering quickly?

The one he did for you. Per your request, it's exactly what you wanted and will do everything you need and more. Nice build!
