Mark Rubin, founder of IW says they will be less strict on banning people for challenge lobbys on mw2, but they will still ban the hard core hackers. The less strict rules should apply after Black Ops II is out for about 2-3 months .

Alright thats what my friend told me i dont know if it is completly true but it seems pretty legit since that game is almost 3 years old and cod 4 was hackable when mw2 came out and so was WAW
