Budget & Currency: $350 - $450 (USD)
Peripherals & Monitor: Uhm, i might end up just using my compute as my Monitor so wont need one.
Games: COD, LoL, Minecraft ect.
Software: Fraps, sony vegas
Aesthetics: A Okay case is fine with me, dont care much and always upgrade whenever
Rebates/Promos: N/A
Details: i want to be able to pull atleast 60FPS on LoL, live stream and Cap Minecraft, LoL, and COD ect.

The discrete 7770 video card will allow you to play BF3 on low without recording and still have respectable average FPS. It's a small budget to work with and playing + recording + editing is simply too much to ask for. I had to cheap out on the CPU + board to work it within the budget.

Same build as the $400 budget except I swapped out the CPU for a higher end i3-2100 which is on par with a 2500k in some games and slays any AMD CPU in its price range. The only other alternative option would be to stay with the lower end CPU but get a higher end MOBO like the MSI Z77 G43 and have future proofing options..but the lower end CPU would be a bottleneck.

I was wondering if you guy's could give me a good build for a budget of $700.USD I hope to play L4D2, Minecraft, Arma CO. I would also like to know if I could get a price to one of those things you wear on your wrist to protect you from shocks.
Thanks and if you thing I should add anything like a good mouse/Keyboard please recommend me some since I'm a noob when it comes to PC's. I would also like to know what the best type of cooling would be. Thanks.

Acer monitor as requested. Great all around balanced build with the i3-2100 / 7770 as a starting base. Top notch Seasonic PSU and a lot of options for upgrading ( 8x 8x bandwidth when two cards are enabled ). It'll run through Minecraft and a majority of mainstream games on the market. Here's a benchmark of a 7770 video card running BF3 at 1080p.
