I bought a Slim RGH from pirates last month. It took 3 weeks for me to receive my console, once i got it, it was missing the ROL that was supposed to be installed. upon inspecting the console, the dvd tray slides completely out of the console. Also, the console was shipped without a Hard Drive, which i paid for.

I asked pirates to just refund me the money for my Hard Drive, but he gave me a run around about how his paypal account was frozen, and i said fine, send me a moneygram. He basically refused and said he would just mail me cash (lol). I said fine i didnt care, gave him my address (again), and havent seen my cash. The Console was originally ordered on June 12, and I am still waiting for a refund for $100.

Since this has happened, his website has went offline, and he is never on AIM/Google Talk anymore.

Im severely frustrated...

Are you serious?!?! I just bought a 325$ console from him.. Waiting for him to ship...
Give more proof please...

His Aim does not have any spaces... Wrong pirate.. Think you got scammed by some random Trying to be pirate. Never use aim.. Just google chat..

My Aim client shows what name you put into your account, not the AIM name itself.

@kirkharris. no you didnt get scammed you bought from the right person. i sent you the slim and i was going to send the 500gb HDD but the guy from ebay sold me a completely dead one. wouldnt even read 1gb on the slim. i couldnt get a refund because paypal closed my account, so he screwed me over. so yes i do owe you $100, ive been super busy lately but i finally have the money. so im gonna withdraw the $100 from my bank saturday, then ill have to ship it out monday with first class service, should be at your house wednesday. sorry about the hassle man, its my fault. i shouldve sent the money sooner, i had just forgot when i was going to send it.

its all good man. I just thought i had given you ample amount of time and gotten no response. Im now waiting for the paypal transfer. Once its done, your name is cleaned in my book.
