Please dont give be BS responses i just want this fixed so i can start playing again. im looking for someone with more knowledge than me that could provide some insight on this issue

Its not a driver issue i just updated everything including the bios which was a pain the arse. i have also run every scan possible twice, once in safe mode and once not in safe mode... all i got was cookies... heres what im dealing with... every now and then it will go on a stutter spree. what this means is about every second or 2 the computer will freeze for about half a second and then go about fo another 2 seconds etc. its really pissing me off when i want to play League of Legends and i cant play ranked anymore because im afraid the stutter spree will start in the middle of the game. the specs of this comp are not great considering its about 3 years old. i just cleaned out all the dust from the system today.... that was a very dirty job. But its got

AMD sempron 140 2.7ghz
2 gigs of single channel ram (its like the fastest single channel ram you can buy)
integraded ATI Radeon HD 4200
5200rpm 320 gig HDD

If theres anything else thats needed just tell me.

Im hoping that i can find a solution without having to replace parts, overclock, or reinstall the OS... But please i love this site its helped me many times but i just cant seem to find a solution to this problem. i really would like to get back with my buddies and start playing League of Legends again.

When did you start noticing the stuttering? Was it after you downloaded/installed any new software, just out of the blue, a gradual worsening, etc.? I'm not positive I'll be able to help you with this problem, but I'll try.

I heard i might be a HDD failing but there are not any other signs of a failing HDD just the stuttering. But the stuttering started recently just kinda out of nowhere. i even tried restoring back to 4 months ago.

If its a desktop, open up your case and use compressed air around and behind the motherboard. Also, these are the "symptoms" of a hard drive failure.
