what does it mean when it say falcon jtag rgh?

is that a rgh console or a falcon jtag only

I was wondering if there was a way to make an xbox jtagable with a usb i was thinking about how on xbox.com you can download the system update and install it with a usb so does that mean you can change the files that are in that update to unlock ur xbox 360 and let you load any iso or do what a jtag does.

No thats not possible becuase you cant downgrade the CB
