i was thinking that death is just our soul/spirit moving from the physical plane into the spiritual/astral planes. i believe that we are electromagnetic beings of energy inhabiting a physical body. when we die we go back to where we came from, the astral planes. we are all vibrating at a low frequency (proven). the higher dimensions where the astral planes are located are vibrating at a higher frequency. I recently astral projection for my first time and it made me 100% certain that death isnt the end. the astral/spiritual plane feels more real that the physical plane, which we are in now. we have heightened astral senses that we use to see, hear, touch, etc. in the astral planes, just like we have physical senses to see in the physical plane. i think heaven is just a very high vibration frequency where it is blissful and full of love while hell is the lowest frequency full of hate and anger. earth is in the middle. im not religios, im spiritual. athiest and skeptics, please take research into this if you want to comment on this saying that it is fake, imaginary, in my head, etc. we are under an illusion that we are only the physical bodies. that is false. we are socially engineered and forgot about the REAL us
