They're not starting there own version. They're just continuing were they left off. It's still the same storyline

No I doubt it there making 2 more halo's following this one.

343 should have learned from Bungie's Reach and ODST that Master Cheif is what we want. The series won't end until the war is over or cheif is dead. That will be the end of the Halo series and they still have to complete this trilogy first.

Halo 3: ODST was amazing. It's odd but awesome to step in the shoes of a soldier.

No way am I gonna say it wasn't cause it was. It just felt to me that it was the one and only time that the game shouldn't be played through a spartan or Arbitar. It didn't have the same feel to it as any Master Cheif game.

They are making their own story if you actually listened or payed attention to any of whats been said they've redone THE ENTIRE ENGINE they are starting brand new on everything ... yes there starting off where it was last... if they didnt it wouldnt be Halo but they are putting him in the story how they imagined it and where they would see fit from his past adventures and his characteristics ... they said they are starting a whole new story from where Halo stands now so expect 3 or more Halos after this one the story of Master Chief is FAR from over... so dont be stupid it is there own version but its starting from where bungie left off dumbass
