No it's not. BlackBerry and Nokia smartphones came out before the iPhone. Not all smartphones have to be touchscreen. The iPhone wasn't even the first touch-screen phone. Second of all, the iPhone is outdated. It has a small screen, it's thicker than most of the Android phones, it breaks if you drop it onto any hard surface, and Android is more customizable. Android has a lot more features, but the iPhone is basically an iPod Touch with the ability to make calls and texts. Android phones beat the iPhone in every single way, and you don't have to jailbreak it to customize it.

And also, don't get a BlackBerry. They're much worse than any of the smartphones out today.

i agree with you %100. also iphones are only 3g and now some android phones are 4glte

There is 18 votes for iPhone for a reason I just got mine and its a great phone. Yeah there isn't much customization but who care you have a reliable company that you know isn't going anywhere soon. The 4G over 3G discussion can just stop seeing as almost all cellphone company have limited data most of you will be using your WiFi, plus 4G isn't that much faster. Have a great day iPhone wins.

no there is actually a big difference between 3G and 4G and no the iPhone does not win since people are like apple or nothing they never give android a turn.

Bro just face the facts people are going to pick a iPhone over an Android simple because "APPLE" (Read that company name again) created it. Even the people who viewed your topic agree or else it would not be a 18 to 10 vote without me even voting yet. "APPLE" (Read it one more time) is a mainstream company that creates more than just phones. What else does Android make other than Tablets and Phones?
