you shouldnt drink energy drinks before gym or sports youl have a heart attack. I drink them when i want to pull allnighters or when im working. When you do it before force your heart can have an attack due to the exerting force and it cant handle the unnatural chemicals

Also, you can have a Heart Attack if you drink an Energy Drink and then play Sports.

There's nothing wrong with it, I buy a 24 pack of monster every weak energy drinks are a daily thing, It don't make you fat food and no exercise makes you fat



And how does having a drink make you cool?
