yeah because you need to clear system cache

naw dood I do that dont work

Just get the new iso. Make sure you follow the tutorials exactly. If it still doesn't work it's the disc. Use Verbatim.

For now this is all I can say. If Verbatim's don't work I know a few other things you can look at.

The reason why I believe your iso is fine is because usually the install stays at 0% if it's corrupted and wont read the sectors.

tried it got further but it still doesnt work, but now when I update the game, it works but then it freezes after it says GTA IV and when I have my cache cleared, it doesnt get there at all

never mind i got it to work with verbatims! thanks everyone for the suggestion and help!
