They wouldn't do that when they just got the series in their possession they are starting a new trilogy called Reclaimer trilogy which will last over 3 games

I seriously doubt it. They are creating a new trilogy. I say if he dies, it will be in Halo 6 (if at all, or unless they continue the story form there as well.) It's based off of what already happened, but just a continuation of the story. It's not a reimagined version like others where saying. It's the same image but continued. They have changed some things for their liking but not enough to call it a reimagination.

As far as society knows masterchief is dead when the planet exploded but secretly he makes it out of there on a ship. Halo 4 is just leaving off from when he leaves the planet and he wakes up near a huge sort of whole i forgot what it was. Of anything the chief has gone through a bunch of crap and if he's been through it all I highly doubt its even possible to kill him.
