I barely got this capture card of Roxio and I already plugged everything in and installed everything, but im getting this when I click on the program and I dont know what to do next

I have a roxio myself, but I recommend using a different software to capture your gameplay, something like virtual dub. The editing software that comes with it is not bad. With your problem, I would just try deleting the software from your computer and just try redownloading it. If that does not work just use virtual dub.
