Try the seed turtleturtle It has a massive cave system near the spawn.

The seed 'Ryan' has a huge cave system on one of the nearby islands that leads down to a ton of ores. The only downside is there is a ton of lava next to it all. But once I dealt with the lava, I collected a total of 23 diamonds. Also while roaming the map I found 20 pumpkins, a surface lava pool, quite a bit of sugarcane, and lots of flat land. It's also worth noting that the whole map is almost one huge land mass.

The seed worstseedever gives you a mob spawner on the surface and one right below it and it is a double chest

There is also a mob spawner down the hole neat the spawn with 3 saddles inside
