If i become a vampire on dawnguard is eveyone gonna attack me if i travel to a big city?

And will i have to drink blood or something like that to not get a dissease or something?

they will only attack you if you transform into a vampire lord in-front of them.
drinking blood only lessens the effects of the vampirism, this means you will loose abilities such as vampires seduction but with feeding you will not take any penalties to regeneration from the sun.

Although the stronger vampire is a better choice. If you worry about the 50% weakness to fire make an anti fire suit. Enchanted armor of anti-fire. I needed one for sure being a powerful vampire playing on Master. Those dragons got me in 2 seconds if they had fire to spray.
