It sounds like when you went to repair the 2 RROD you accidentally disturbed the fragile solder joints beneath the CPU or GPU causing 3 RROD.

Does this unit still have the original factory x-clamps in place? Or has the x-clamp fix been performed in the past and the x-clamps replaced with machine screws?

The longer it takes for the red lights to start flashing, the better chance you have of fixing it. So there's still hope

Just a heads up, if all you did was add thermal paste then i'm 99.99999999% sure you NAND is absolutely fine. This really is a hardware problem based on what you've told me.

Trust me, I fix xboxes 8)

ya lost me in the middle part.. but i want solutions on how to fix it !!!!!

obv bad kv sync so u got a bad kv which messed up your sync and you flashed it wrong messing up your box fail combo maker
