$703.90 + $20 worth of MIR.

Great build for a $700 budget. Strong i3-2100 matched up with a nice mid range card like a 6870 without compromising on quality and/or upgrade options. In a few years when the 6870 starts to fade out, slap another one in there or upgrade to a more higher end card since both the MSI Z77 G43 + the Antec PSU can easily handle it. It'll easily play BF3 at eye candy settings.

Went the AMD 955 / AM3+ MOBO this time since it's cheaper, you're getting a better CPU cooler, and why the hell not. Putting a $180 case in a $700 budget is simply not realistic ...and I have doubts that it's a good case. 1080p HD matte Acer monitor will get the job done. Standard kit of RAM, ODD, and a 500gb HDD for both boot + storage. The PSU is quite overkill for this build but the quality 550w PSU's were relatively the same price - plus, this will give you a ton of headroom for overclocking and future upgrade options.

It'll play MC and every single COD fine, but you're going to have to turn down the texture settings while playing Arma.

It's a fantastic build for $700 and it's extremely hard to top it. It'll perform well and serve you fine.

Thanks so much Also I do have one more question if I took out the monitor and had that extra 100 to spend what would be a good upgrade for like a video card or something else to play like arma without changing the setting?

Drop the monitor and you'd have enough for a GTX 560 ti / AMD 6950. Look around and compare prices.

Man, the Fractal R3 is such a sweet looking case and matches what you were looking for perfectly. You have the best CPU in its price range matched up with the most popular air cooler out there which will tear through rendering, editing, and gaming. Thermaltake keyboard with cherry MX black switches which is the preferred switch for gaming according to many KB enthusiasts. Fast and reliable Samsung SSD to use as a boot drive and to store your most used applications. MSI 7950 - great cooling system and the best GPU in its price range ( me and r00t_b33r both own one ). It's a pretty sweet build if you ask me.

Still can't do euro builds. From the OP:

"Euro builds probably just won't happen. Sorry guys. We're dealing with a language barrier and are unfamiliar with shipping, unique components, and retailers."
