I have around 2-3 devices on the internet at a time including this one. I don't have any downloads right now. Notice how it said, "Slower than 92% of the US.) REALLY? My parents pay way too much for this sh*t.

I think connecting it directly to the router might help.

Try pressing in the reset button on the back of your router and modem with a pen
It will reset them back to the factory default settings

Sadly I can't. It is too far from my PC and I don't have a Ethernet plugin in my room.
