what do you mean it overwrites, if you r making a new account E0000314FA661940, there should be no existing account on ur xbox called that, make sure ur putting on the E0000314FA661940 profile and make sure you rehash/resign with modio cause the built in rehasher/resigner isnt very reliable

ok i just modded my gamertag, and it created a folder called E0000314fa661940, i put that into content and it does nothing.

Did you do the thing where you dont log in, you go all the way to multiplayer then try to sign in with modded acc, then it will say you cant, then sign in with the reg acc

i had the same problem when i accidently corrupted my real profile so i went onto my xbox deleted my corrupted profile then recoverd it but it wouldnt let me recover so i then plugged my harddrive back in went to partition 3 and deleted all E000.... whatever files then went back on xbox recoverd my profile and then traied modding with EZ GT again and it worked perfect, Make sure your doing everything right, Extract your profile open up in EZGT mod it to whatever you want click save, it should create a new file on your desktop, open up modio then open up the newly created file, go as far into the file as you can then extrace it into modio, the gamerpic should be a monkey, click rehash and resign, go back into xport/xplorer whatever and go to partition 3, content then do not overright any files simply add the new file in a black white space, start up your xbox,DONT SIGN IN, start up MW2 Go all the way to multiplayer when it makes you sign in you should have a new account called whatever you modded it to, sign into that it takes you to avatar selection screen simply click the xbox home button then click A to go into multiplayer itl say *THIS ACCOUNT CANNOT PLAY ONLINE* or some Sh*t, click A then sign into your real account, click A go onto multiplayer it should take slightly longer to fetch your playlists but your gamertag should be whatever you modded to, If this helped you please give me some [+] as i took ages writing this out :L oh and good luck

Mod Your GT

Go on Xport or what ever program you use

Go to content Make a Folder Called The Profile Name Like (E0000314FA661940) if thats what its called

Then open the Folder you made Called the profile name
and make a new folder called

FFFE07D1

Then open that and make a Folder Called

00010000

Then Rehash and Resign your profile then put it in the Folder called 0001000

Then hopefully it should work ill try post some pics to be more Clearer
