Ranks are assigned based on Leadership, Activity, and Experience.
Rank | Description

Operator ~ Operator, is currently the highest rank, able to coordinate and control multiple groups.

Leader ~ A Leader, is currently the second highest rank. Leaders, are assigned to a group by Operators, to complete certain tasks. Leader's control all members in their group and can assign roles.

Member ~ Member, is currently the Rookie rank. Member's are able to join groups, that Leader's control. Members must follow orders given by Operators and Leaders, if they abide by the Member's Handbook. (To Be Written)
