but this guy inivtes ten randoms put them to 20th then just dissapears.. there was a proof video up of one of the guys tht got in but he took it down to protect his account

If this was black ops servers he would be banned instantly. On black ops the server automatically detects unauthorised codes (mods), then gives an appropriate ban. On MW3 there is no server auto detection, but there are a lot of moderators and enforcers. Anyone that is reported on MW3 will have a complete check on their account - stats, recent games, etc. Also if an enforcer comes into a game with you and looks at your stats (and compares them to a month ago and they have obviously been modded) they can give an immediate ban.

Ive boosted the crap out of one account, to 10th lvl 80, and its still not banned. Also i did the CMR mods and got an account to 15th lvl 80, with my gametime being 10hrs and still no ban. Then not to mention on my main account -821 prestige tokens and no ban.

Then when the USB mods for online zombies on black ops were released after patch, i was banned permanently as soon as i connected to the black ops servers.

When this patch spreds, Its going to be big for TTG
