Hey i got everything working but when i select stuff it doesn't work/Stick i just started modding cod4 pc so can someone help please ? Thanks

if you are using disk or cracked vertion then it wont stick because all the setings are in the mod menu mod for the game and will not go to the multiplayer game, hope this helped you
