Theres a thing in this world called "Assumption Of Risk". By being on the world wide web you assume that you risk seeing photos as you just described.

I guess i can understand why it annoys you, but it doesn't bother me terribly much, let them have what they want. If the picture is that bad, it's sure to be reported sooner or later
