I have done it a few times before to get some credits but not regularly because i enjoy the game the way it is but i turned off reprting so will i still get banned because i will be annoyed if i do because i enjoy the game alot. Obviously they are aware of the issue but its biowares fault for the glitch I dont think you can get banned for exploiting something the screwed up on but im probably wrong.To be honest I wish I never done it because i kinda ruined it for myself.

I was looking at Bioware's Forum for this a few days before and the worse they will do is ban you off of Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer, for some it sucks and I wouldn't want that but it's better than being console banned. Another thing they can do is take away your online pass and make you buy another one for 800 MS points soooo, could be worse.

Yeah i suppose buying another online pass is better but i hope i dont get banned and i also turned off the reporting thing on the mutiplayer options before i did it so would that make a difference?

It will stall them or they may not even catch you, but make sure you play a fair amount of legit games before turning it on so they don't wonder how you got all those new items or a shit ton of creds.
