"Mental disorder" could mean anything from severe mental retardation to ADHD. ADHD is not a life-ruiner. I have seen nothing to make me think OP has anything more than bipolar disorder. Regardless of his health, he has a bad attitude. Being poor is not an excuse for the point he brought up, either, and If you can't spell or form proper sentences at age 15 and you're not SEVERELY handicapped, it's your own fault.

Long story short, move on OP. Nobody feels sorry for you and you don't have a little badge next to your name that says "mental disorder." It sounds like you want one, though. I'm sorry if this is offensive, but you haven't led me to believe anything except that you're slightly disadvantaged financially and that you have some sort of disorder ranging from ADHD to cerebral palsy.
