There's a lot of people out there that download music illegally; as I am one of them but there's a difference in what I do. What I do is, I download the music illegally to see what it is like, then if I like it, I go and buy it at the store or online. I do this because I don't want to waste my time and money if the mixtape/album is not worth buying or even listening to.

some say what I do is still not right because it is disrespect to the artist for no supporting them. I see it different. I could just not buy it at all and just download it illegally and have more money in my pocket but I'm not like that.

What do you guys do? I will not flame or judge you for what you do, I'm just curious to see if anyone is the same way. Also, do you support what I do or are you against it and tell me why you are if you don't agree.

I did when I was like 11, but from now on I basically just torrent albums.

Why don't you just listen to it on youtube first and than you can DL on iTunes and what not

I just download the whole album on iTunes and then determine whether to buy it or not from that. A lot of music isn't on Youtube but that's another way of doing it.

I just DL it just because lol

I can honestly say that I've been downloading music illegally for almost 10 years. Back in the days when Napster was huge, I started.

I know it's wrong and technically stealing money from Artists. I won't try to justify it with anything, I just feel "if you can get it free, why pay".
