you dont get console banned for joing a lobby becuz there will be law suits, theres only 3 ways to get console banned Modification of xbox, play burned games on xbox, or if you have enough accounts on ur xbox banned your whole system gets console ban. For example lets say you have 10 accounts on ur xbox that got profile bann if u get ur 11th profile banned, your whole console gets banned.

Okay you know what? If you want I can fix that but 5 of us (friends) have been banned within 2 hours of doing this. I just want to scare you guys so you can stay away from it. I don't want ANYONE being console banned.
