Most likely Fraps you can record in 720p setting I think and I have the cracked full version ill give it to you if you want :3

I agree Fraps is the best screen recorder, however only if you have a top end PC. Fraps takes a lot of RAM and can make your pc start to lag. Camtasia, on the over hand is fairly good quality (720p) and doesn't take up as much RAM.
