When people are making montages where do they get the clips from that pan around the map?

i thought they make it on their own in a private match on spectator mode. or on free spectate on a video on the vault

Youtube Cinematics dude,
go on youtube and type the name of the map and 'cinematic' and you should get a nice display vid of what it is and a download link.

Or... you could make your own if you have a recording device like 99% of thsi site
