My friend had Trittons and he said they were not very good. The foam earpiece fell off after like 3 days and he felt was not very good quality. He may have gotten a bad headset, but I gave him my old pair of Turtle beaches and he's said nothing but good things about them. I'd recommend Turtle beaches as well.

I was just recently made aware they are out with their x42's, and a quick lookup revealed pretty good reviews. The pair I gave my friend were the x40's. They are definitely not the cheapest headset though :/
I also tried out the x41's and thought they were good as well, I just don't have them because I got some nice new speakers

I have the Turtle Beach X32's from gamestop, not much to complain about them other then an annoying beep when the batteries are about to die. They cost $79.99.

I wish they were wired, I don't care for Wireless headsets as I play a lot. How long do they last on full battery?
EDIT: I'm kind of curious about the X12's mainly because they're also PC compatible. Are they at-least decent?
