I. All members must read and agree to the DHG Code of Conduct before becoming an official member of the Die Hard Gaming community (DHG).


II. Cheating, hacking, game tampering, or system tampering will get you kicked out of DHG. NOTE: PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND YOUR X-BOX LIVE DISCLAIMER, FOLLOW ALL APPLICABLE LAWS, AND ABIDE BY THEM and AS FOLLOWED ...DHG does not condone the purchase of cheating, hacking, etc... products that maybe offered through its advertisers on the DHG website, or the advertisers website, or any other form, that would violate this section.

III. Discrimination of any type will NOT be tolerated at all! This includes inside of lobbies, chat forums, or any game of any type. Please represent DHG to the fullest and in a positive manner. Do not fall victim to another user egging you on. Simply, mute the player or leave the game and/or lobby. Report the player to a higher up if they are a DHG member. If it is a public person, have your entire party leave that game. What you do and how you act, are both reflections on how DHG is perceived.

IV. ALL MEMBERS MUST BE AGE 16 OR OLDER. NO EXCEPTIONS in DHG. However, we do have DHJ (Die Hard Juniors) for 9-15 years of age players. NOTE: Although, DHJ is a separate entity, DHG & DHJ player ranks are still equatable and we must adhere to the c.o.c.. For example, a DHJ GENERAL is still above a DHG COMMANDER, but is the same rank as a DHG GENERAL.

V. All members are accountable for themselves and their actions. Leaders within DHG are NOT responsible for members who break rules. DHG has a zero-tolerance policy. Violating members will be judged by the Vice Presidents ranks on up to DHG Management.

VI. All DHG members are proud to be a part of our gaming community and are willing to change their gamer tag within 30 days of joining DHG. Doing so will help us grow and to be recognized as an official clan.

VII. All members in DHG have an open door policy to speak with any member on any issue that one may have. NOTE: If you have an issue, it is suggested you start by using the chain of command to voice your issues in a private setting. If you feel that is not working, then, by all means, address the issue to any higher up/s in rank in a private setting. When an issue is received by any DHG member, they will report any & all issues to a higher up that can help resolve the issue within a timely manner.

VIII. Tea-bagging is NOT allowed, at anytime, in any game we play, in any tournament/s, in any Clan Wars, any Game Battle, etc...

IX. We ask for 100% loyalty from all members in DHG. Remember that we are a family and should have each other's back. and work to protect and serve all DHG members no matter the rank of an individual member.

X. Never leave another DHG member behind. To quit in the middle of a game because your team is not winning is not acceptable. This is considered leaving a member behind. We are all DHG. We will win or lose together.

XI. Members should attend at least one meeting per week and at least two practices a week. Doing so will help us to be organized and help us gain the necessary skills to dominate when in action.

XII. If you are called to a party by a higher ranking member please respond to that person ASAP. (Note: Even if you don't like that person or have had problems with that person in the past you must answer their call no matter what). Also, please show respect to your clan elders!

XIII. When and if you have a problem or idea, please use the chain of command when you need to express these things. You should never go over your superiors head no matter what the situation is. In doing so you will be de-ranked even if your 100% right or wrong about the subject matter. Please respect your leaders.

XIV. To become an official DHG member you must sign up for an account on this website.

XV. Always remember that we are here to have fun!!!

XVI. Modded Controllers are not allowed during practice and tournaments. If you use them, you will be kicked out of practice for a week. If you use them in a tournament, your team is automatically disqualified.

Requirements: Successful fulfillment of the Vice President position and has been in DHG for over 24 weeks. This person has earned this position by attending meetings and showing outstanding leadership skills.

Duties: To watch over the Division that you have, enforcing DHG's Code Of Conduct and Procedures, to listen to and resolve all problems brought to you thoroughly. most of all make sure your members enjoy their time in DHG.

Vice President


Emblem & Color: Number Seven w/ Yellow Center and White trim


Requirements: Successful fulfillment of the Clan Director position and has been in DHG for over 20 weeks. this person has been earned this position by attending meetings and showing outstanding leaderships skills.


Duties: To watch over the division you are in, enforcing DHG's Code Of Conduct and Procedures, to listen and resolve all problems thoroughly, and most of all making sure that the division is fun.

Requirements: Successful fulfillment of the general rank and has been in DHG for over 16 weeks. this person has earned this position by attending meetings and doing the job asked of him/her has done an excellent job for the DHG community. This person should know all the ranks in DHG.


Duties: To watch over the two squads you were assigned by the Vice President and President. To teach generals how to run and create a great squad.

Jr Clan Director

Requirements:Successful fulfillment of the General rank and has been in DHG for over 16 weeks. This person has earned this position by attending meetings and doing the job ask of him/her has done an excellent job for the DHG community. This person should know all the ranks of DHG.


Duties:To watch over the two squads that were assigned to you by the Vice President, to teach the generals how to run and create a great squad.


Reports to:Vice President and up

GENERAL

Requirements: Successful fulfillment of the major rank and has been in DHG for over 12 weeks. This person has earned this position by attending meetings and practices and has done an excellent job for the DHG community. This person should know all the ranks of DHG.



Duties:To run overall squad activities from major down. they are the problem solvers or their squad. they demote or promote members in their squad with the agreement of their directors. they keep track of all their members and their gen tag. this person will send out messages from the DHG forums as well as the DHG gen tag. this person will welcome all new new members into their squad personally. you will be responsible for organizing all squad activities.



Reports to: Both Directors & up.



NOTE:Thisperson is the highest rank in a DHG squad.





COMMANDER

Emblem:Yellow spade


Requirements: Successful fulfilment of all 5 captain ranks. This person had regularly attended all meetings and practices and demonstrated excellent leadership qualities. This person has been in DHG for more then 10-12 weeks, This person is chosen by the general with the approval of both directors.



Duties:To run overall squad activities from major down. they are the problem solvers or their squad. they demote or promote members in their squad with the agreement of their directors. they keep track of all their members and their gen tag. this person will send out messages from the DHG forums as well as the DHG gen tag. this person will welcome all new new members into their squad personally. you will be responsible for organizing all squad activities.

MAJOR

Requirements: Successful fulfillment of all 5 captain ranks. This person had regularly attended all meetings and practices and demonstrated excellent leadership qualities. This person has been in DHG for more then 10-12 weeks, This person is chosen by the general with the approval of both directors.



Duties:This person is to assist the general in sending out all messages and overseeing all squad duties. This person is to be the general in training for all new and upcoming squads. This person is directly in charge of all Captains and LT's. To help the general build the squads and must be a very active member of the websites and forums. To be a strong supporter of the general and learn all you can to make yourself a successful general.



Reports to: Generals & up.





CAPTAIN

Requirements: Successful fulfillment of LT rank for a minimum of 8 to 10 weeks.



Duties:This Person will resend any and all messages that a general or major send out in text only. This person is to also arranging and attending all meetings and oversee the LT's. This person must be willing to work hard and recruit new members and help new

members recruit. Captains also handle small problems and report all of them to majors and generals.



Reports to:Major & up.





LIEUTENANT



Emblem & colors: Yellow numbers trimmed in white & squad background.



Requirements:Must have been in DHG for at least 7 weeks and met all the requirements of Sergeant and have attended all meetings and practices. This person should be a master recruiter.



Duties: You are responsible for making sure all your squad members motto's and uniforms are correct. you should be a active member on the website and forums. You are also to assist the captains and up.

LT's. are to run practices with the assistance of master sergeants and sergeants.



Reports to: All Captains & up.





MASTER SERGEANT



Emblem & colors: Yellow cross hairs w/ white dot & squad background.



Requirements: You should have already changed your gamer tag and been in DHG for more then 5 weeks. Must be a great recruiter, and have brought in 5-10 new members into DHG. must be an active member on the websites and in practices.



Duties:To help with all squad practices and to even run them when asked too. your biggest responsibility is to recruit and help new members with there motto's and uniforms. you are also to direct them to the website and inform them of all operations of DHG.



Reports to: All Captains & up.



SERGEANT



Emblem & colors:White cross hairs W/ Yellow dot & squad background.



Requirements:Have already changed gamer tag, have been in DHG for more then 3 weeks. Also have brought in 5-8 new members. You should be a member to website.



NOTES: Captains can rank these people up.



Duties:Stay active on website. Help all leaders mainly the captains. Send invites to all new members, and inform them on DHG.This person should know the RS & COD through to the President.



Reports to: All Captains & up.



CORPORAL




Emblem & colors: Two white Delta symbols & squad background & color.



Requirements:Know the DHG Code of Conduct and ranking structure. Bring 5 + members into DHG, explain COD & RS , and get members signed up to our website. Last be a positive role model for all new members.



Duties: Bring in new members, change gamer tag, attend practices and meetings. Also being active on the DHG forums.



Reports to: Lieutenants & up.



PRIVATE





Emblem & colors:One white Delta symbol & squad background & color.


Requirements:Join an official DHG squad. Respect and learn the DHG ranking structure and Code of Conduct. Last sign up at the website.



Duties: Recruit 5 people into DHG. Attend practices and meetings.



Reports to: Lieutenants & up.
