Thats nearly the exact same build that I have and yes you can run BF3 at 1920x1080.

Both AM3+ boards in the same price range but split into 8x 8x when dual cards are enabled which is ideal.

Nothing else I'd really change. If you wanted to save $20, you could get an OEM AMD 955 chip since you're going to be purchasing an after-market cooler but it's totally up to you. It's a solid build and will run BF3 fine.
