i was talking to an activision employee about console bans from MW3 challenge lobbies and they said that there is a slim chance of getting console ban

Im not hosting a lobby! but there was one going around and a lot of people were saying they got banned(not saying they didnt) so i talked to and Activision employee who said there is a slim chance of getting console banned.
